Aimed at the over 45’s who are looking for an easier way of life. our residential parks offer features such as leisure facilities, gates entrances and community hubs. Our park holiday homes range from high quality traditional caravans to a bespoke selection of contemporary lodges.

We offer ownership of both new and pre-loved caravans and holiday lodges across our holidays parks. Many families have fallen in love with our parks and have chosen to purchase a holiday home from us to enjoy with their friends and family. Our holiday home owners can also take part in a private letting scheme, so they can let their holiday homes at times they don’t wish to use their property and gain income at the same time. The process is intentionally hassle-free as we take care of everything from start to finish.

Whether customers are looking for a getaway in one of our farmhouses, apartments, caravans or lodges, we have something for every family and occasion. We offer a wide range of high quality holidays for guests. For those who want to take a home from home we offer touring caravan sites, motorhome and camping pitches.

All our residents and holiday home owners pay pitch fees to locate their park or holiday home on park. This fee includes the cost of utilities available to the property, any upkeep and maintenance required to the communal areas. We also offer our residents and holiday home owners a number of maintenance and H&S services that they can purchase throughout the year.

At selected parks we have a retail offering, including bars and hot snacks. Our bars offer entertainment on selected dates throughout the year allowing customers to meet for social events. We also have outdoor pools, gymnasium and playgrounds on selected locations.
