A chartered surveyor with over 37 years at Knight Frank, Rupert led the prime country house sales team and handled major estate transactions across the UK, including the sale of Easton Neston. He has held board roles at Cheltenham Racecourse, Jockey Club Estates, and Heritage Diversified Investments. Rupert now focuses on consultancy and non-executive roles, offering deep sector expertise and board-level experience.

While no longer involved in daily operations, he continues to lead acquisitions, leveraging deep expertise in planning, development, and strategic growth.
